Hi ATT. I have previously given an iphone 7 by my grandfather from California (Rodolfo Cruz of Revere Avenue). He sent the phone here in the Philippines without asking for device unlock. He told me that he went to ATT and want the phone back to unlock it to make it contract-free. However, I think sending it back is more inconvenient to us bith. Please assist as he doesn't understand technical stuff as he is already 66 years old. He sent me his icloud account as well as the receipt. Please tell me what to do so I can use it already. Thanks a lot! I have also sent request in your twitter account.
