Customer Service Wait Time the Worst


Why should a customer have to hold for 45 minutes every time they call with an issue? Then once you get a live person it's another 45 minutes and several transfers later your issue still isn't resolved. How can such a large company get away with this and the government doesn't step in and fine them??????

I agree with you entirely. I have waited for AT&T Advanced Technical Service for 45 minutes. In my last session I finally reached an agent who hung up as soon as he heard my problem, which is about noise and static during phone calls.

yup they do that all the time. I hate calling AT&T customer service. they are all useless! they should fire all of them. they will make you wait for hours like people have a lot of time to waste and deal with them, hours of waiting with no result. they are all bunches of useless people!
