I went into to your AT&T store, 3393 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30326 on Sunday, March 8, 2015. The Retail Sales Cons. that set the order up was Henry Ramey, Jr. He suggested that I get internet with home phone, which I did.
Service was scheduled for Thu. March 12, 2015 between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. The scheduled time came and went, no one showed and no one called. I called Henry, who welcomed me to call him (when I was in the store), (470) 809-4212, if I had any questions and left a message to let him know that no one showed up. I then called 800 288-2020, to find out what happened and why no one showed. I spoke with Mark in Rock.... Illinois he assured me he could help me. I explained that no one showed up, he placed me on hold then came back and told me I cancelled the appointment Monday ~ 9:00. "No, I didn't". Mark then asked "do you know a Sydney" I told him no. Mark assured me that he would get to the bottom of it and that it would take 5-7 days before he could get back to me. That was March 12, glad I didn't wait for him to get back with me.
Mark then tried to get me to re-schedule my appointment. For what? I still don't know why someone cancelled this time. I think that AT T has no respect for me to re-schedule, then sit and wait again. I asked if I would have the same phone # I was issued in the store, he told me "no".
I must be dreaming-- Is this the way you treat someone, then you want to re-schedule? Henry was a joke and Mark NEVER followed through.
I called the Lenox store back and spoke with a manager, who said he would look into and call me back. That was over three weeks ago, I never got a call back.

AT&T You need to make it right.
