In 2007, we signed a 3-year contract. In Oct. 2011, over 4 years later, we moved to a cheaper VOI service. Now, AT&T
is billing us $610 for services not rendered for breaking a contract we did not renew. We contacted them about this unethical practice with no luck. We also pointed out that we received no notification that our contract was automatically renewing. They stated that according to law, they do not have to inform of contract renewals. They see nothing wrong with billing for services not rendered. They are relying on trickery to stick unwary consumers with fees. Dirty business practices! Shame on AT&T!
