    Hi ATT. I have previously given an iphone 7 by my grandfather from California (Rodolfo Cruz of Revere Avenue). He sent the phone here in the Philippines without asking for device unlock. He told me that he went to ATT and want the phone back to unlock it to make it contract-free. However, I think sending it back is more inconvenient to us bith.   • Phone Repair

    I have attempted to get Atandt to fix my home phone line, and after two weeks of not being able to fix the issue, they opened up a new ticket. Over 5 repairmen have been to my address, and none of them were able to determine the problem, and Atandt refuses to do anything besides continually sending technicians on this issue. As an up and coming teacher of biology, it is my responsibility to take calls from parents and students alike, and this issue, prevents me from functioning as a professional. More...

    AT&T inactivated my email account and after 2 hours on the phone with them, still no resolve. They are either unable or unwilling to tell me why they did this. They are implying that I can no longer have this email address. I have had this email address over 15 years and ALL my contacts are in located here and now I can't even access my account to transfer data, etc. I will never be able to replicate these records.   • No customer service and service does not work

    Drove to AT&T cell phone shop and purchases high speed internet for home. 3 days later we attempted to contact customer service for verification of order. Was not able to get through to anyone after 40+ minutes of trying all service options. Drove back to AT&T cell phone store and spend 30 minutes and finally got info.   • No Range on my AT & T phone

    I am not able to make/receive calls from my phone 201-850-7629 from last month. After repetedly calling to AT & T customer serice, they are not assisting.   • Given false info on Iphone plan twice

    I am so frustrated and disgusted by the service I received at the A t n T store at the southcenter mall here in tukwila washington. On or about Feb or Mar this year I went in to get an Iphone for my son. I was approached by a rep name DeShaun or DeJuan. I told him that I wanted to get the Iphone posted in the store for 49.99 with an unlimited everything plan. He replied "mam we have the thing just for you".     I signed up with AT&T for home and internet services and my bill has never reflected the correct amount. Every month I speak to rep and they say its fixed and the next bill doesn't reflect it. Today I was hung up on four times and no one could help me. i was transferred over 8 times and got the run around every time. After hours of dealing with this I finally spoke to someone.     Sir, We are not getting the mobile AT & T signals at my home in International Village , Schaumburg 60173.   • Waiting for repair 2.28.11

    We moved our service on 2.25.11; tech came on 2.28.11 to lay cable; informed us in 7-10 days someone would come to bury cable; 3.28.11 came and we had 2 confirmations however tech only showed to spray ground a different color; cable still above ground; i informed several representatives of my concern of cable being a trip hazard (had 2 people my daughter and mother to trip over cable already); 4.18.11 another rep & confirmation of repair being completed however no one showed; 5.5.11 automated service called to confirm someone would be out that evening and again noone showed; it was...   • Poor customer service

    We ordered ATT Uverse phone, internet and TV. NONE of it has worked properly and we have now talked to 24 customer care providers. ATT cannot fix the problem, but more importantly, they are completely inept when it comes to customer care. Service people have no showed three times. Promises to return calls with follow up information have been broken on five occassions. We have spent over 10 hours on the phone with ATT to resolve the problem - to no avail.     Since I got att u-verse I have had trouble with the TV picture freezing up. I have had several service calls and it is no better. They have replaced the gateway at least 3 times. Changed the port at the main bax. Put new wire outside the house, replaced all of the connections to each of my TV's. At this point I am almost ready to change to another provider.     An AT&T sale person came to our house and sold us a package of U-verse with an attractive low monthly charge ($111). The sales order was in a written form with all the details of the ordered U-verse package. But when I got an email order confirmation from AT&T next day, the monthly charge ($152) is almost 37% higher than the price that was written on the sales order.   • Faulty phones

    The free phone that I chose began heating up after a few months of use. I got it replaced and the second one had the same heating problem. It became so hot that I thought it would eventually catch fire. I called to terminate the contract and they asked for a huge termination fee saying that this is because I got the handset at a discounted price from them. Discounted price for a faulty phone(or should I say- a piece of brick!!) I guess that is how ATT is clearing off its inventory. After being for ATT for 4 years, I have finally decided to switch.     I had a tech out to install U-verse (having to have a 4 hour appt. and a 2 hour arrival time slot = 6 hours of my time)after the salesmen in an AT&T store told me I could keep my normal DSL/internet (at the lower rate, mind you)and add U-verse to my TV. The tech that came out was very nice and knowledgeable, apparently more so than the salesmen. He proceeded to tell me that we could not keep our DSL/internet line, as it was not compatible.     Not only have I had problems for months with my home, mobile, and business phones, and recently installed DSL, I have spent so much time on the phone trying to straighten out problems that the hours have become a weeks worth of hours. I have been misinformed, patronised, and insulted by AT&T representatives--a customer retention rep told me last week that my slow DSL was my fault.   • Bad Customer Service

    The rep that I would really like to report is a supervisor her name is Evette Taylor Reynolds her number is 678-354-1087 who stated to me that its nothing that she can do for me and that i just have to wait until 6pm when i was promised a scheduled time hours of 8am-12pm she was very rude and had an nasty attitude and provide horrible customer service as a supervisor.   • Drafted my checking account for too much money

    My bill generated Oct 24th 2009. I looked at the amount that they were to draft my acct for and it was $654.90!!!! It was only supposed to be $65.49!!!! I called on the 24th to notify that this was an error. They said they corrected it and this would not be drafted from my acct. This morning I was angry to find out they drafted the higher amt and caused my mortgage payment to bounce.     I'm extremely frustrated with the service at At&T, we have been with the company for years and recently moved to a new house and I have requested the service to be connected for over three weeks and I'm still waiting, what is more upseting is that they schedule service appointments and don't show up.
