  • your customer service is horrible

    I called Direct TV which is now AT&T because I put a extension to pay my bill which was due today. I work 12 hrs shifts and I paid it after I ate dinner. Before 11 PM. My service was cut off and when I called I got a fast talking girl, that was rude and told me that I also was going to get a $35.00 reconnection fee. What and why? She had a accent and I could hardly understand what she was saying but something about on her records it showed it. I said oh, no, no, no. I paid my bill today as promised.
