Did not receive the reward offered by AT&T for starting new Uverse service. - Uverse TV & Internet
I was offered a new television set when I was signed up with AT&T and have never received it. I received a $100 Visa card instead. I have talked to numerous customer service and reward center representatives over the last couple of weeks that were not very helpful. I even offered to send the Visa card back to them if they would send me the television that I was promised. They said they can't do that once it's sent out. I didn't ask them to send it to me. Finally I was called by a representative that informed me that when we started service there was no television offered as a promotion at that time. There were other devices offered but they are not what we want or what we were promised. We started the service with AT&T instead of DISH because of the great promotion which was evidently just something to get us to start service.
